Bert Klopfenstein, a graduate of Texas A & M University, has been in the valve business since 1962 with Keystone International and Fisher Governor Co. (now Fisher Controls International). His experience and knowledge has lead to many innovative designs here at ChemValve, such as the field replaceable seats, extended face-to-face to accommodate piping requirements and the Model 790EB Double Block and Bleed to name a few. Kara Merkel graduated from Texas Christian University in 1985. She is entering her 10th year with ChemValve, Inc. She is committed to helping customers with their orders and Invoices. Debra Morris attended Houston Community College. She has been in the valve industry for 39 years with EJ Mitchell, Hoerbiger and Big Inch Marine Systems. Keith Klopfenstein joined ChemValve on September 1, 2011 as Vice President of Operations. Prior to working at ChemValve, Keith served as Senior Vice President of the Pressure Control Group at T-3 Energy Services, a manufacturer of oilfield equipment. Keith has held a variety of engineering and management positions for Flow Products, Tyco Valves and Controls, and Keystone International.
